It's been a very productive year so far! I've had a good deal of work in the storyboarding realm as well as a great start in venturing in to the world of animation! As far as storyboards are concerned, I've had the good fortune of working on projects with Duracell, Reebok, Macy's (x8), HBO (Louis CK), Target, The Judge Mathis Project (animatic), GAP, Uncle Ben's, Dunkin Donuts, Jagermeister, Amazon.com and IBM! Thanks for keeping the bill paid guys!On the animation front I've been quite busy also. I completed a few animatics which can be viewed through my website (storyboardsnewyork.com). I use primarily AfterEffects for these and have an animated Edward Gorey pitch close to completion in which this wonderful program is utilized. My stop motion film, Abyssus Abyssum Invocat, has been accepted in to 12 festivals as of now and just won best mixed media animation in the California International Animation Festival! The film has been submitted to many more competitive festivals and I'm hoping to have additional laurels before the year is out! A preview of the film can be viewed at https://vimeo.com/64506627. The next big stop mo project script is currently being written by my good pal, Frank Tuccillo and I'm so looking forward to digging in to that! I mean really, it's all I think about these days.
Here's to an even better 2nd half of 2013!
